Welcome to VendorBiz, a mobile and web-based application developed by Inbussol (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using VendorBiz (“Application”, “Platform”, “Service”), you (“User”, “Vendor”, “Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using VendorBiz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register.
By using VendorBiz, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. Services Provided
VendorBiz is a vendor cart management application that helps vendors:
Manage product listings, orders, and inventory.
Provide dealer/customer-specific pricing.
Sync order and sales data with accounting software (e.g., Tally) through customized integrations.
Enable sales representatives to place orders on behalf of customers.
VendorBiz does not handle payments, financing, or money transfers directly.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
Use VendorBiz only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
5. Data & Privacy
VendorBiz may collect business data (products, orders, customer details) for functionality.
We do not sell or misuse your business data.
Data is stored securely as per industry standards.

6. Custom Integrations (e.g., Tally)
Tally or other software integrations are customized for each vendor’s configuration.
The company will ensure best-fit customization, but accuracy of data depends on the vendor’s own accounting system setup.
The vendor is responsible for verifying data imported/exported into their accounting systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software related to VendorBiz are owned by Inbussol.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform without permission.
8. Limitations of Liability
VendorBiz is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Inbussol will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits, business losses, or data loss).
Our total liability in any case will be limited to the amount paid for the service (if applicable).
9. Termination
You may stop using VendorBiz at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the app/website. Continued use of VendorBiz after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
